Good Steward of the Earth

Sister Sandy shared an interesting post in which she shared, in part, a bit about her efforts to care for the earth by cutting down on her use of gasoline. When I read it, I found it calling me to take up the challenge. Now I am trying to think of ways in which I can better care for the earth and her natural resources. How are you living this challenge? And what ideas can you share with me (and others)?

Thanks for the challenge...if we all just do a little bit, it can make a big difference!

Dear Lisa,
this is off-topic, but I couldn`t findan email address or other way to contact you than in comments.
I saw your comment in Natty`s blog
http://opme.blogspot.com/2007/04/what-easter-candy-am-i.html

"Hey, Natty, actually one of the Church documents that deal with artificial contraception specifically says that such contraception may be used for the address of medical conditions even if the byproduct of its usage is the prevention of pregnancy. So don't worry! :)"
Which document is it? A friend of mine struggles with this problem (using contraceptive pills for non-contraceptive use - she worries if it`s right). I think reading that document could put her mind in ease!
Thanks in advance
