Feast of Saints Peter & Paul

On this first day of two special feastdays, let us ask God's special blessings upon the Daughters of Saint Paul and all the institutes founded by Blessed James Alberione that today form the Pauline family.

Father Alberione was a man of deep Eucharistic living. By his witness, he called others to follow Christ in consecrated life and women like Teresa Merlo, later to be known as Mother Thecla, the first Superior of the Daughters of Saint Paul, responded with absolute generosity of spirit.
